PROCUREMENT STAFF

Job responsibilities

Identifying the need for goods and services
Searching for vendors based on the need for goods and services
Requesting vendor’s proposals and conducting negotiations, as well as requesting legal documents and certifications owned by vendors to support procurement process.
Carrying out the procurement process for goods and services according to the company procedures
Making a summary report of ongoing procurement and monitoring goods and services in process
Conducting vendor evaluations periodically.

Job requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
Good procurement knowledge, negotiation and communication skills
Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatera
