PORT SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

• Ensuring that the execution of loading and unloading operations runs according to a predetermined plan and follows the company's work safety standards.
• Prepare assignment schedules for loading and unloading activities and socialize them to related operators
• Supervise the implementation of loading and unloading operational activities, and provide technical directions to operators in overcoming problems and/or following up
• Ensure that the loading and unloading process runs in an orderly and orderly manner and fulfills K3LH provisions.
• Coordinate with the harbormaster regarding the exchange of information (permission for ships to dock and sail) so that activities at the port can run smoothly
• Identify potential damage/hazards during the operational process and carry out handling in accordance with established procedures, including coordinating with maintenance parties for handling problems in equipment.
• Leading emergency response actions in the event of a critical condition that endangers the company's operations.
• Ensure the cleanliness of heavy equipment in the work area of responsibility.
