SUPERVISOR ASSESSMENT & MONITORING

Job responsibilities

• Supervising all programs under the responsibility of YABN and SBU to ensure each program runs smoothly and consistently according to established standards.
• Mapping out CSR programs of Adaro Group prioritized for Assessment/Monitoring/Social Mapping, proposing them to YABN management, and incorporating them into the annual plan of the Assessment & Monitoring team.
• Developing a team strategy for the implementation of Assessment/Monitoring/Social Mapping for CSR Adaro Group to meet the targets/expectations of YABN management and relevant SBU parties.
• Effectively communicating/presenting the results of Assessment/Monitoring/Social Mapping, along with recommendations based on these results, to YABN Management and relevant SBU parties so that they can be accepted and utilized for the improvement/development of CSR practices in Adaro Group.
