SOCIAL MANAGEMENT JR. EXECUTIVE

Job responsibilities

Building relationships with the community and community leaders to listen to grievances or social issues arising from ongoing projects.
Documenting these grievances for reporting purposes.
Collaborating with superiors in conducting social studies.

Job requirement

Bachelor's degree (S1) in social sciences, anthropology, communication, community empowerment, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
Previous experience in rural areas and community development projects.
Prior experience in the energy and sustainability sector is a valuable asset.
Strong relationships with community leaders and local government officials are advantageous.
Knowledge of local dialects (Lundayeh and Punan) is a plus.
Proficiency in English, as well as photography and videography skills, are considered additional strengths.
