SMART GRID SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

Responsible for a wide  range of tasks to ensure the successfull development and operation of smart grid system at several types of power plants (PLTA, PLTB, PLTS, PLTD) and Microgrids/ Minigrids, including maintenance, testing, and inspection of equipment installation:

  • Ensuring that work is carried out according to SOP, PPE, and the appropriate tools to prevent workplace accidents.
  • Evaluating plans, work procedures, electrical documents, the use of measuring tools, and potential job hazards to improve work quality, more effective, efficient, and safe.
  • Coordinating regular inspection of the mini grid to identify potential disruptions and efficiency declines, as well as analyzing the operational characteristics of the grid to meet consumer needs.
  • Coordinating the evaluation of routes, types, and conditions of repair work that will be carried out to improve the quality of to work to be more effective, efficient, and safe.
  • Coordinating the distribution of tasks outlined in the monthly maintenance plan to each technician, along with supporting data such as execution time, work permits, technical implementation details, and achievement plans to facilitate the smooth execution of the work.
  • Evaluating predictive activities such as data collection on heat indications in production equipment, conductors, insulators, control systems, and other predictive activities.
  • Coordinating work related to the use of measuring instruments and work equipment as well as with other parties such as maintenance, operations, warehouse, vendors to ensure that the work receives support from the relevant parties.
  • Evaluating maintenance or repair result data and enter it into CMMS to complete the equipment maintenance data history.
  • Coordinating the inspection, testing and troubleshooting of electrical network equipment to assist the implementation of repair activities.
  • Making improvements to the assets that are the scope of works.
  • Coordinating with customers regarding maintenance, operations and administration related to the Handover Report.
  • Initiating the procurement process of goods or services related to the operation and maintenance of the Grid.
  • Integrating the mini-grid with the existing system at the consumer to achieve reliable operation.
  • Adapting the latest high technology in grid operational monitoring systems.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering. 
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Maintenance / Electrical Supervisor. 
  • Have good knowledge about Electrical Maintenance, Electric Transmission & Distribution, Coding and System Intergrator, Grid Analysis / ETAP, Predictive Maintenance, Instrumentation & Control Maintenance, IT, Maintenance Planning, and Safety Management.
  • Good command in English both verbal and written.
  • Good communication, coordination and time management skill.
  • Willing to be based in Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
