Job responsibilities

Responsible for Organizational Development (OD) and employee (People Development – PD) activities to support overall company activities, so that they can run smoothly in accordance with applicable systems and procedures, so as to help improve company performance.

Job requirement

MinimumBachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Psychology
Min 2 years of working experience in HR Development, or relevant position
Extensive knowledge of organizational & skills development, also capacity building strategies
Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin - South Kalimantan.
