Job responsibilities

Preparing Letter of credit / SKBDN and handling documentation and invoicing of Adaro Coal shipment
Following up quality certificate and shipping documents after completion loading vessel
Preparing laytime calculation for demurrage / despatch vessel
Preparing negotiation documents coal export to the bank under Letter of Credit
Administrative and follow the regular reports related with coal shipments

Job requirement

Bachelor degree preferably
Min 1 – years of experience in logistics, shipping documents export
Fluent in English and have computer skills.
Good communication skills
