In 2016, the company conducted one public expose to convey our messages and achievements to shareholders and potential shareholders, as well as to comply with the capital market rules and regulations. The intention to conduct a public expose was announced on July 19, 2016, followed by announcing the material of the public expose on July 28, 2016, through IDX, OJK, and our website. The public expose was held on August 2, 2016, at the IDX and was attended by 50 investors and analysts. The company was represented by our Director & Chief Financial Officer, David Tendian, and the Corporate Secretary, Mahardika Putranto. After the presentation, attendees were allowed to ask questions related to the company’s operations, financials, future plans, and challenges. The public expose was followed by a press conference which was attended by reporters from printed and online media. The result of the public expose was reported to the regulators and public on August 5, 2016.
As a listed company, AE is required to issue reports and disclose information to be used by shareholders, potential shareholders, and other interested parties, to understand the Company’s business activity, direction, future plans and financial position, as well as to make investment decisions.
In 2016, apart from regular monthly reports, the company issued an annual report, four financial statements, two financial press releases, two quarterly activities reports, and two joint reports of financial press release and quarterly activities reports.
