Herewith announced that on December 19, 2017, the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (“the Company”) have decided and approved to distribute an Interim Dividend of USD100,116,061.06 for 31,985,962,000 shares or USD0.00313 per share for the fiscal year 2017, which derives from the Company’s net income for the nine-month period ending September 30, 2017.
