BLASTING & PAINTING SUPEVISOR

Job responsibilities

• Conduct planning, ordering, and ensuring the needs of work tools and materials for the Blasting & Painting process on every ship repair project are met / in accordance with the work plan so that delays due to lack of materials / work tools can be avoided.
• Ensure and check the readiness of equipment and safety at work by carrying out JSA so that work can be done safely and smoothly in accordance with planning.
• Coordinating the parties involved (Owner Surveyor, Paint Rep, Sub-Contractor, etc.) in the process of blasting and painting so that the process can run smoothly and in accordance with the work plan.
• Oversees the blasting & painting activities that take place to ensure the work carried out goes according to procedure, effective, and smooth.
• Issue and document work orders and deliver to related parties to accommodate customer requests / requests.
• Recording & documenting all technical and non-technical activities, on every project handled in the 'Project Daily Log' (Daily Basis) so that the realization of work can be monitored by superiors.
• Ensure that every activity carried out including working environment conditions has met the standards of occupational health and safety and the environment (K3LH).
