Job responsibilities

Ensure Engineering Management System process effectively
Plans (short term and long term) and directs all aspects of engineering activities and projects within an organization
Provide recommendationto management related to planning of production equipment in accordance with geological model
Manage site profitability according to agreed master budget
Developing man power under his responsibilites in accordance with the competency matrix
Evaluate the production performance with DMAIC concept

Job requirement

Bachelor degree from engineering
Having experience in same position min. 5 years
Having knowledge in software hauling: Taipac, software design: AutoCad, Minescape, software Schedulling: Minex, Spry, Xpac; Ms. Office (Spreadsheet, Power Point, Access)
Able to lead a team to perform well
Can work with own initiative and independent
Strong planning, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
Resourceful, self-motivated, and result oriented
