FINANCE ACCOUNTING & TAX TEAM LEADER

Job responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Finance, Accounting & Tax Department activities (payments and budgeting, cash flows monitoring, reporting, SOP compliant)
• Prepare/review financial statements of the Company, in accordance with Indonesia Financial Accounting Standards, for internal and external use. 
• Prepare various reporting to Lenders and Government Institutions, and monitor loan covenant compliance
• Responsible for a timely, accurate and prudent invoice payment to vendors and other stakeholders, in accordance with Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Responsible for a proper, timely and accurate (a) recording of all financial transaction in accounting system and (b) financial monthly closing (General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Profit/Loss, etc).
• Person in charge for tax compliance matters and various tax administration reporting in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
• Timely cash flows and budget monitoring.
• Responsible for petty cash management to support Company’s operational activities. 
• Prepare/review financial statements of the Company, in accordance with Indonesia Financial Accounting Standards, for internal and external use.
• Person in charge during financial external and internal audit process.
• Develop communications with and prepare various reporting to Lenders and Government Institutions, in accordance with loan agreements and prevailing laws and regulations. 
• Monitor compliance with Company’s Bank Project Accounts and loan covenants, in accordance with loan agreements.  
• To check and ensure availability of accurate and complete financial supporting data/listing to Balance Sheets and Profit/Loss.
